Take the rubbish out, Sasha

The premiere of this play took place within the framework of the Forum on European Culture. It is part of a series of contemporary Ukrainian plays which are presented in collaboration with Dutch and Ukrainian actors.

In this third iteration of the collaboration, the magical realistic play ‘Take The Rubbish Out, Sasha’ was performed.

Sasha, a colonel in the Ukrainian army, died of heart failure. A year later, the country is engulfed by the war that can cause the dead to rise. Sasha is ready for his resurrection...

But is his family ready?
